Preservation of the surrounding natural environment
Ensuring the safety of facilities and equipment

With an international perspective, we operate accommodation facilities in Japan and overseas that utilize local characteristics to provide our guests with a "FUN TO STAY" experience, aiming to increase satisfaction for our customers, employees, and all stakeholders, while also becoming a hotel group that local residents can be proud of.
Our employees approach everything with a positive and cheerful attitude, continually pursuing ways of working that lead to customer satisfaction, taking responsibility and never running away from difficulties, and constantly challenging themselves to expand their abilities and capacities and increase trust.
At the GRANBELL HOTEL Group, we operate accommodation facilities that are closely connected to the local community.
By welcoming people to the area, creating local jobs, providing local ingredients, and promoting the area as a tourist destination, we will provide customer satisfaction and contribute to revitalizing the local economy.
Based on a solid management foundation, we will work to increase the value of the GRANBELL HOTEL Group, while striving to reduce our environmental impact and continuing to provide value to society, thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and aiming to improve the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including customers and employees.
In order for the GRANBELL HOTEL Group to work together to meet stakeholder expectations and requests, the company has identified important issues that need to be addressed based on daily communication with and feedback from stakeholders in various positions.
As the business environment, social issues, and stakeholder demands become more diverse, we will focus on and appropriately address issues that require particular emphasis. We will clearly indicate the direction for creating social and economic value for the entire group and maximize group synergies.
Promote sustainability management and information disclosure that meets the needs and requests of all stakeholders.
In revising the material issues, we identified the social issues that needed to be considered and the demands placed on the Group for each stakeholder.
We created a matrix with the vertical axis representing importance to stakeholders and the horizontal axis representing importance to operating companies. By aggregating these, we created a matrix for the Group (see below) and determined four priority issues.

Importance to Granbell Hotel
In addition to determining the material issues, we also organized the risks and opportunities related to the new material issues based on the opinions of each stakeholder.
By creating new initiatives to resolve important issues and working to reduce risks, we aim to realize a sustainable society and achieve sustainable corporate growth.
We have positioned the identified material issues as the foundation of our management, and to ensure effectiveness, we have formulated specific initiatives that will contribute to resolving material issues through our business.
