Sustainability Declaration- Enhancing the appeal of the region and continuing to promote its appeal -

At the GRANBELL HOTEL Group, we operate accommodation facilities that are closely connected to the local community.

Based on a solid management foundation, we will work to increase the value of the GRANBELL HOTEL Group, while striving to reduce our environmental impact and continuing to provide value to society, thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and aiming to improve the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including customers and employees.

Important issues (Materiality)

■ Process for identifying important issues (materiality)

In order for the GRANBELL HOTEL Group to work together to meet stakeholder expectations and requests, the company has identified important issues that need to be addressed based on daily communication with and feedback from stakeholders in various positions.

■ Purpose of setting priority issues

As the business environment, social issues, and stakeholder demands become more diverse, we will focus on and appropriately address issues that require particular emphasis. We will clearly indicate the direction for creating social and economic value for the entire group and maximize group synergies.
Promote sustainability management and information disclosure that meets the needs and requests of all stakeholders.

■ Process for determining key issues

  1. STEP 1. Identify social issues to be considered

In revising the material issues, we identified the social issues that needed to be considered and the demands placed on the Group for each stakeholder.

  2. STEP 2. Determine material issues taking into account the opinions of stakeholders and the group
