Regarding the use of mobile batteries

In recent years, there have been reports both domestically and internationally of incidents involving mobile batteries causing smoke or fire.
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the following points when using the facilities in your room.

Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you leave your room for outings or other reasons.
Please charge the device in a location where you can always check its status.
When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
- By a window that receives direct sunlight
- On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
Please do not use mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, emit an unusual odor, overheat, or have been subjected to strong impact. Furthermore, we may ask you to refrain from bringing such batteries into the building.

Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during cleaning while you are staying, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
