There are no membership fees or annual fees.

Who is eligible for each benefit?
Membership benefits are only applicable when booking and staying at a hotel as a member through the official website, and are limited to the member who made the booking and accompanying guests.
Furthermore, even if you are promoted to a higher level during your stay, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of your new level until your next check-in.

Best Rate Guarantee

This guarantees that at the time of booking, members will receive the best room rate compared to other websites.

After logging in, present your membership page to receive a 5% discount at group stores. This cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons or complimentary coupons. (Excluding some products and breakfast hours.)

Priority early check-in

Please let us know on the day of check-in if you wish. We will give you priority only if the room is ready when you arrive on the day. You can enter the room up to one hour before the check-in time.
However, if you wish to guarantee early check-in in advance, an additional fee will be charged at each hotel.

Late check-out

Please let us know on the day of check-in if you wish to extend your check-out time by up to one hour. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

Free breakfast

To receive the free breakfast benefit, please make a reservation for a room-only plan, write it in the comments section when making your reservation, and let us know your request on the day of check-in.

Membership Stage

Membership stage will change depending on usage history during the collection period.

■Collection period
1 year from the month of membership registration (accumulation is reset on the 1st of the month of membership registration each year)
■ Target of calculation
Only member reservations made on the official website are counted.
Reservations made before registering as a member, reservations made without logging in, reservations made over the phone or at the front desk, or reservations made on other reservation sites are not eligible.
Accommodation reservation usage will be calculated based on the check-out date.

Stage Up

Your new stage will be determined based on your performance over the one year period starting from the month of membership registration.
If your usage reaches the new stage standard during the collection period, the new stage will be applied from the day after you check out. The stage will continue for one year from the month of membership registration the following year. Even if you move up to a higher stage during your stay, you will not be able to use the new stage benefits until your next check-in.

Stage Down

You can only downgrade once a year.
If your performance is compiled each year from the month you registered as a member and you do not meet the criteria for maintaining your membership level at that time, your membership level will be downgraded.

Best Rate Guarantee

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following conditions must be met:
・Same hotel
・Same accommodation date (arrival date/departure date)
・Same number of people
-Similar room type
・Same stay time (check-in/check-out time)
・Same payment method
- Same cancellation conditions
・The same services and benefits (including amenities)
- The same plan content, services and benefits (including amenities)
*The price may be the same as other reservation sites.

Please note that in order to guarantee the best rate, the following cases will be excluded from comparison.
- Rates that are not available to general customers, such as corporate contract rates, group rates, and rates for partnerships with specific facilities.
- Prices for plans that are different from the usual ones, such as limited-time sales campaigns suddenly held on other websites, the period and prices of which cannot be controlled by the hotel.
・Package rates that include use of facilities other than accommodation, transportation, meals, etc.
- Rates that cannot be booked online, such as reservations only accepted by phone
- Fees for products paid in advance using special payment methods (including online auctions and group purchasing sites) or credit cards, debit cards, coupons, vouchers, etc.
・Sales by travel agencies (arranged tours, etc.) where the hotel has no involvement in the sales price
